As service providers, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG under the General Laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated as service providers to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is, however, only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Legal Terms & Conditions and Payment & Cancelation Policies

For services already paid for (individual sessions, multi-week programs, live events), there are no refunds. The service is paid in advance. By individual agreement, it is possible to pay the amount in installments within the coaching period. All appointments for 1:1 and group coaching will take place within the agreed timeframe (5 or 12 weeks). A maximum of 2–3 already scheduled appointments can be rescheduled. Agreed exceptions determine a new rule. There are no replacement appointments for missed sessions if they are not rescheduled in time (up to 24 hours before the session). If the coach reschedules a session, the appointment will be rearranged.

Goodwill Regulations

In exceptional cases (e.g., illness or unforeseeable events), the coach may, at his discretion, offer a one-time rescheduling of the appointment. This is a voluntary goodwill service and does not constitute a legal entitlement.

Agreement for Coaching

Coaching is based on the preparatory consultation conducted between the parties.
Coaching can take place online or in person by arrangement.
It is based on cooperation, respect, and mutual trust.

Coach Tobias Deil:
• is bound by confidentiality and undertakes not to share any confidential information with external third parties
• points out that coaching is a free, active, and self-responsible process and that a specific success cannot be promised
• acts as a process facilitator and support for the coachee in making their own decisions and changes

The coachee acknowledges:
• that during coaching, both during individual sessions and between sessions, they are fully responsible for their own physical and mental health
• that they commit to active participation, assuming self-responsibility and independence within the coaching program
• that all steps and measures carried out in the course of coaching are solely within their own responsibility
• that all coaching materials provided are for personal use only and may neither be duplicated nor forwarded to third parties

Distinction from Therapy & Other Healing Treatments

Coaching is not psychotherapy or a healing treatment and is not intended to replace these. Coaching requires normal psychological and physical resilience. In the case of complaints of medical relevance, the coachee is asked to seek medical treatment and inform the coach.
