- an online breathwork journey

Transformational Breathwork is about emotional processing and stress release. Over time, we accumulate stress and tension from life events and unprocessed emotions—some recent, some from long ago, often still alive in our nervous system unconsciously. What we then experience as stress, emotional blockages, or inner critics can even manifest as psychosomatic symptoms. Breathwork is a natural and powerful way to process and release these unconscious emotions. Benefits are immediate: a regain of inner calm, clarity, insight, and often personal breakthroughs in various life areas.

This breathwork journey is specifically designed to address unprocessed emotions from childhood experiences where you were not fully allowed or welcome to be yourself. Often we hold ourselves back in life by staying attached to childhood roles we take on to meet others' expectations. This is an opportunity for yourself to let go and move on.

This session is conducted online via Zoom and lasts about 90 minutes. It starts with a phase of initial relaxation, followed by around 45 minutes of deep breathing, and ends with time for integration and connection. Beginner-friendly, no previous training required.

LIVE WORKSHOPS

Body and Voice
- a live performance workshop

This workshop is designed for both professionals and amateurs interested in exploring and enhancing the natural quality of their voice in connection with their body, movement, and emotions. Rather than a technical approach to singing or speaking, this workshop uses the voice as a tool to express authentic emotions in relation to the natural qualities of the body in motion. The focus is on discovering authentic self-expression rather than achieving technical or esthetic results for an audience. The aim is to become more free and authentic in our self-expression, overcoming emotional blockages and self-limiting inhibitions.

This workshop is designed as a structured, mindful, and energizing exploration of the relationship between voice, movement, and emotions. It is physically and practically oriented, alternating between activity and stillness. Step by step, we activate the breath, the body, the voice and tone, then speech and text, culminating in a personal vocal performance. This workshop is beginner-friendly, requiring no prior training or experience.The practices are designed so that each participant can adjust the intensity according to their own level of physical fitness and artistic interest. If you can walk and talk, you can participate, and if you end up singing and dancing, I won't stop you.

Chiron - Healer of Wounded Warriors 
- a live training workshop

In our present culture we have developed a very ambiguous and problematic relationship towards anger and aggression. They are often equated with force or violence, especially expressions of physical anger or aggression. However, anger and aggression are healthy, vital and important emotional functions of our psyche. They tell us when our boundaries are crossed and mobilize us to defend and to get our needs met. We get things done. Due to their bad reputation our natural impulses for anger and aggression are often suppressed. But pretending to be feeble and harmless in order to appear 'morally good' does not make the emotion go away. It rather goes into the shadows and now either manifests as resentment, passive aggression or it is altogether projected onto others. Suddenly we feel surrounded by enemies and injustice and may feel compelled to act forcefully. A shadow warrior is born!

This workshop is about learning to re-own our anger and aggression, learning to experience, control and harness our anger and to express it in constructive ways. In this 4 hour workshop I will give an introduction to traditional Eastern martial arts, Chinese and Japanese, showing how to work with our energies on a physical level in a non-combative way combined with poetic writing exercises, that allow us to give our angry thoughts and feelings an artistic shape, that can be communicated without causing harm. Learning to resolve conflicts internally and expressing our anger constructively leads to peace; holding on to resentment, externalizing conflicts and attacking others leads to war. Let's heal our wounded warriors within and stand strong for peace!
